Shane Ludtke has had a life long interest in astronomy. His first view of Saturn through a telescope at age 9 established his love of the night sky. Shane became an active astronomer in 2003 after purchasing an 8” dobsonian. Shane loves to observe all objects in the sky and uses telescopes ranging from 35mm to 300mm aperture. Shane is an active member of the local astronomy club and has held numerous positions including President.
